Course Description:
A 5k or 10k run with a variety of challenging obstacles and X-fitness style stations designed for all fitness levels and team building. Run no further than 300 metres between stations. Each station will have a motivator to encourage and assist participants. Obstacles to include a team climbing wall, team barriers and net climb. X-fitness style stations to include Canadian log pull, tyre flip and Navy seal bars. We also have a 5k teen Sparta Warrior for 13-17 year olds opening this event to work/family groups.
