Course Description:
The race has 3 main sections. It starts out in the Nature Preserve with some off road terrain and shell path. You will cross a canal so plan to get wet! The race then goes through the wetlands and into the path of the pits! There are 6-8 pits of varying depth and width where you will really earn your post race beer! The race completes in the old dump where you will encounter anything from an old car, a small wall or large dirt mound that stands between you and the finish!
Aid Stations:
There will be one water station at the midway point of the run. Largo Fire Rescue will be on standby to provide any needed first aid.

Spectators:
Spectators are free! The race can be viewed best from the finish line or behind the Largo Library located a few miles from the race start.

There is a $5 gear check option for runners who don't want to lose any valuables in the mud.
Wash stations will be available (not showers!)
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the City of Largo Summer Camp Scholarship Fund that can fund a child between the ages of 4-14 to attend an awesomely memorable summer camp.
