Two water stations, paramedics scattered throughout the course and fruit, bagels, and water at the finish line

There are bleachers to view the giant slip 'n slide and finish of the 1-mile race

Other:
Our race is the original Nebraska Mud Run, it is a local race by a local organization. We are a non-profit and the funds from the run go to support the mission of the Nebraska Sports Council.
There is a mini-Mud Run designed for the kids, but we let the adults have fun too.
Our 3 & 6 mile races are chip timed, the course is 3-miles and the 6-mile route is two laps. There is a shower area in the recovery zone.
Team:
We have a tethered race that is considered our team race. Each team of three will receive bungee cord that they will use to tether to one another. Can run either the 3-mile or 6-mile routes.
