We will push you to the limit through our 5k course on Loon's tough terrain. After we beat you up some come have a beer in the Bunyan Room and regroup for the night's Halloween Monster Bash with live music with The Running Gags

Course Description:

The Monster Mud Run at Loon Mountain will to test your commitment to filth in creative and exciting new ways on a rugged 5k course that winds across Loon Mountain with over 20 obstacles.
Swimming may be involved in certain obstacles.
Please be aware that you may skip obstacles if you do not feel comfortable or are uncertain that you can complete them safely.
Along the way you'll crawl through culverts, drag snowmaking hoses through the mud, and swim across a snowmaking pond guaranteed to give you a full-body brain freeze.
Past racers have called the Monster Mud Run the toughest obstacle course race in New Hampshire - and for good reason.

Aid Stations:

First Aid staff is on-course in multiple locations and a headquarters is located near the start/finish line.

Trophies for Best Costume and Best Team Name

Spectators:

Free Spectators!

Parking:

Free Parking!

Post Party:

Outdoor post-party located at the start/finish line.
Music, food, a sponsor village, and more.

Other:

If you got kids, bring them along.
We like to call kids 'Mini-Monsters' and we've set-up a scaled-down version of the Monster Mud Run course just for them.
It's free to run, but parents must visit the registration table to fill out a waiver before their children race the course.
