Course Description:
When registering, the participant independently chooses which race to run in:
Elite - Elite race (men and women). Attention! To participate in an elite race, experience in participating in such competitions (successful completion of the race) is desirable. There are no age categories, participation is possible from 16 years. Mandatory passage of all obstacles. In case of not passing an obstacle - disqualification (continues to move, but does not claim a prize) .
Age Group - Run of age groups:
Younger age group - Men 18-29 / Women 18-29
Older age group - Men 30-39 / Women 30-39
Masters - Men 40+ / Women 40+
Open Group (16+)
BISON NINJA TRACK (12+) (men and women). The race is held according to the rules of the elite race. Distance length 400 m, 10 obstacles.
BISON NINJA KIDS (6-11 years old)
Junior race (13-17 years old)
Children's race (3-5, 6-8, 9-12)
Team Relay - Team Relay 2 + 1 (age 16+, 3 participants, at least 1 woman)
Team Race - Team Race (16+, at least 1 woman, minimum 4 people)
Aid Stations:
At distances of 10 and 20 km there will be a food station (fruit, water, cola).
At distances of 5, 10, 20 km, the team relay will be points with drinking water.
5 km - one point with drinking water,
10 km - 2 points with drinking water, 1 food point.
20 km - 4 points with drinking water, 2 food points.
Awards:
1, 2, 3 places of age groups, Team Race, Bison Ninja Track, Bison Ninja Kids, winners of children's races (groups 3-5, 6-8, 9-12) and juniors are awarded valuable prizes and cups.
The largest team (Team Race) is awarded the cup.
Prizes:
Teams (Team Relay), who took 1, 2, 3 places are awarded cups and prizes:
1st place - 400 rubles.
2nd place - prizes from partners of the competition.
3rd place - prizes from partners of the competition.
Elite race SPRINT
Men and women are awarded cups and cash prizes:
1st place - 400 rubles.
2nd place - 200 rubles.
3rd place - 150 rubles.
Elite Run LONG
Men and women are awarded cups and cash prizes:
1st place - 700 rubles.
2nd place - 400 rubles.

For the race allowed the children, aged 4 to 11 years. Children age 4 to 6 years on the road must be accompanied by an adult, children from 6 to 11 years old - can run unaccompanied.
