Back 2 The Trenches Back2TheTrenches is a fun enjoyable obstacle mud run. Set in our private 250 acre Estate with natural hills, lakes, fields and woodlands you and your friends or collegues will be challenged to push yourself to the limts!

This is a self challenging run or race, you choose, that will cover you in mud & muck from head to toe! This fantastic mud run is a combination of both natural and man-made obstacles. Have you tried running up hills covered in mud? Crawling through muddy water on your hands and knees? Climbing over rope nets, tyres, and many more obstacles?

It really tests your endurance, builds stamina and gives a great sense of achievement at the finish line. With a timing chip and medal to show your family and friends.

You will need stamina, determination, cammaraderie and a sense of humour to survive. Expect the unexpected! Get a team together, enjoy a great day out! Take a look at our website to view images and videos and sign up!

Course Description:

This is a self challenging run or race, you choose, that will cover you in mud & muck from head to toe! This fantastic mud run is a combination of both natural and man-made obstacles. Have you tried running up hills covered in mud? Crawling through muddy water on your hands and knees? Climbing over rope nets, tyres, and many more obstacles?

Aid Stations:

Aid stations are on the course, minimum of 2.
Drink provided along the course.
First Aid onsite.

Prizes:

No prizes.

Spectators:

Spectators entrance is free. There are designated viewing areas.

Parking:

Parking is available on our site and is free of charge

Post Party:

There is no post party.

Other:

Minimum age is 14 when accompanied by an adult.
Competitors can run for charities of their choice. We support Children with Cancer UK, Prostate Cancer UK, Starlight and Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The event is timed and chip timing is provided.
There is no special kids race.
We will provide a wash down / shower area.
You can bypass the water if you wish. All obstacles have an alternate route around if desired.

Team:

We encourage people to enter teams, and offer a discount for teams of 10 people or more. You can sign your team up online and each competitor of that team can sign up individually.
