Course Description:
At least 9 obstacles over the course including hedgehogs, slalom, javelin throw, farmer carry, etc. The course itself is a paved sidewalk, but there are some slopes and bumps as well as 2 wooden bridges. All travelling surfaces are ADA compliant.
Aid Stations:
No aid stations, but there will be resting stations. Fruit and water available at the finish line.
Prizes:
Prizes for best costume, and most laps completed.
Spectators:
A day at the park is free. Bring your fishing gear. Free roam of the course and park.
Parking:
There are 2 parking lots that nearby that can be accessed. Carpooling or bus riding is recommended.
Post Party:
Live music, karate demos, food trucks, vendors.
Other:
OAR is an initiative designed to engage the participation of individuals with all types of disabilities, including their family and friends, in a day of recreational sports and games. The goal is quite simply to have fun, while promoting community inclusion and the awareness of increased physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We are hoping to break even, but any profits will benefit the LIFE/RUN Gettin' Fit & Lovin' It program.

Teams are welcome and encouraged. No limits.
