Course Description:
Lots of Mud * Series of Obstacles and Challenges. You can go through the course at your own speed. There will be opportunities to take breaks from running at each obstacle or challenge. The terrain is going to be flat and steep, muddy and dry, rocky and grassy, open and mountain hills. All designed to keep you on your toes and force your body to adapt. Whether you are in top physical shape, or just trying to get off the couch, this obstacle course WILL challenge you.

Police, Fire and Rescue Team Award
Adults (13 and older): Overall Male, Overall Female, Overall Male Team, Overall Female Team, Overall Mixed Team.

Spectators:
Feel like supporting instead of running? There will be plenty of opportunities to walk the course to cheer on your Mudurance runner or team.
Parking:
Free parking right at the course.
Other:
You must be at least 8 years old on or before September 26, 2015 to participate in the 5K race.
Any runner ages 8-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a permission form to participate.
Team:
Do you have friends to run with? Sign up your team! Teams must be a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8. Teams can be all male, all female or mixed. 10% Discount to teams registering for challenge.
