5k Waves: 11:00am, 11:15am, 11:30am, 11:45am, 12:00pm 12:15pm, 12:30pm, 12:45pm
Mini Mud 1k: At approximately 2:30, or after all 5k participants are finished.

Course Description:
The Mud Run is a challenging 7k/5K run with hills, obstacles, 4-foot walls of mud, tunnel crawls, slippery hill climbs, pond crossings and a TON of mud pits. We will have over 20 obstacles and over 100 mud pits. Check out our website for more information about the course.
Aid Stations:
We will have 3-4 first aid stations on the course, accompanied with water.
Paramedics will be on standby at the Race Expo. Water will be available at the finish line.
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 3 male and top 3 female overall within the 7k waves. Prizes are TBD.
Spectators:
Free for spectators. Be sure to pick up a course map at the Race Expo to find the best viewing areas.
Parking:
PARKING IS FREE! Parking will be limited at the race site. You will have two other options to park. Park in the Tabernacle Church parking lot at 6611 Zebulon Road, Macon, GA 31220. There will be a trail in the back of the church property that leads to the race site. Look out for signs. Please arrive no later than 1 hr prior to your wave start time to ensure you get to the starting line on time.
OR Park at Northway Church, located at 5915 Zebulon Road, and take the shuttle to the race site. Participants taking the shuttle back to this site must shower before getting back on the shuttle. If you have mud on you, you will NOT be allowed to get on the shuttle.
Post Party:
Music, plenty of food brought to you by Chick-fil-A, and drinks will be available for purchase at the race expo.
Other:
Please note: There is a portion of the course that requires swimming. We will provide ropes to help you complete this obstacle. However, if you are unable to swim and do not feel comfortable participating in this obstacle, you will have the the option to bypass this obstacle.
Open showers and closed changing tents to get clean will be available as well.
Proceeds benefit Hephzibah Children's Home, Inc. HCH has been in the process of starting a receiving center and safe homes for girls rescued from Human Trafficking in the Middle Georgia area. Proceeds will go to help with the start up costs of these facilities as well as to give initial medical treatment, diagnosis, and general care of the rescued victims. Proceeds will also go to benefit children currently living at Hephzibah Children’s Home. Your race participation is helping change lives.
Team:
Teams of all shapes and sizes are welcome. Teams members will all be scored individually.
