Race Start Time:
The first heat begins promptly at 8:00 AM and are scheduled 15 minutes apart. We try to limit 20 persons per heat but exceptions can be made for teams wishing to run together.

Course Description:
This course provides multiple challenging obstacles and is set up on the Heritage Trail. The trail can be challenging with its 6-10% grades along its path. However, this run is a good fit for both beginners and experienced mudrunners. Tire flips, hay hurdles, monkey bars, fire pit, tunnels, balance beams, rope walks, ice pit, rock climb wall, tire maze, tire carry, box jumps and the mud pit are just some of the obstacles found along the course. Prepare to get dirty!
Aid Stations:
Water stations throughout the course and paramedics are on standby for the duration of the race.
Awards:
We have an awards ceremony upon completion of the race for the top finishers as well as the Team Trophy.
Spectators:
Spectators may attend free of charge and they are encouraged to watch and support the runners along the course. However, spectators will have to provide their own transportation to the finish line if they desire to do so. Transportation via shuttle service is for runners only.
Parking:
There is free parking for the event as well as a shuttle service. Parking is available at the Lide White Boys & Girls Club or on the street downtown next to the Visitor's Center. The shuttle will provide transportation from the Lide White Boys & Girls Club to the race start as well as transportation after the race to the race's starting point.
Post Party:
Each year we have different musical groups play after the race. There is also food, water and alcoholic beverages served. However, only one alcoholic beverage per participant 21 years of age or older is free.
Team:
We offer team discounts for groups of five or more. Team members are encouraged to sign up together or specify their team name on the application so that they will be given the discount and kept in the same heat. The group rate is $40 per team member. Teams also are able to compete for the team trophy which is given to the team with the most members.
