Race Start Time:
First race starts at 10:00am with 100 competitors being relsead every ten minutes after this for the over 18’s 5k & 10k race. Registration – 45 minutes before your allocated race time.

Course Description:
61 obstacles set over a 10k course. The course includes trial, cross country, forest and hills. You will not be doing laps of the same circuit this is a straight 10k run
Aid Stations:
Paramedics will be on standby with 40 marshals throughout. A water station will be at the 5k mark with fruit.
Spectators:
Free for spectators
Parking:
Free parking is available though car pooling is recommended for large groups
Post Party:
There will be a Jungle Fever themed after party with a full bar. Music will be provided by a band and DJ
Other:
£5 per entry is allocated to the Still Birth charity Sands NI
Team:
