Course Description:
The Mud Dog Run is a fun, high intensity, obstacle course run that will encompass 5 Kilometers of very tough terrain. All of our Mud Dog Run courses contain obstacles such as, climbing walls, cargo nets, mud pits, as well as some great mystery obstacles at each race
Aid Stations:
There will be EMT's on site as well as a First Aid and Water Stop on the course
Awards:
Top 3 Males and Females of each wave with receive a special award
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE! We encourage anyone to come see their friends or loved ones run and get muddy!
Parking:
Parking is $10 and is on-site
Post Party:
There will be food for sale provided by Ceresville Mansion. Flying Dog Brewery will be on site serving some post-race adult beverages. (Must be 21+ to consume alcohol)
Other:
A portion of the proceeds from the race will be donated to a partnership project with the Rotary Club of Frederick called Lifetime Wells for Ghana, which drills wells in villages and areas of Ghana that do not have running potable water.
NOTE: This race is not an individually timed event, although we will have clocks at the finish line for you to view your time. It’s about camaraderie with fellow runners to overcome the 3 miles of tough terrain meanwhile helping each other conquer obstacles and finish! We highly recommend you wear a watch, if you are interested in knowing how you did.
