Course Description:

Mayo Mud Run is an exhilarating energy sapping but adrenaline pumping run starting on road but quickly you will be running/jogging/walking/crawling through fields, forest, water and drains! This thrill seeking adventurous course includes many natural obstacles set in the natural rugged terrain of Moygownagh with mud being the common denominator!

Aid Stations:

First Aiders will be out on the course along with ambulance on site with First Aid Station.

Prizes:

Awards ceremony. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Women and men. Spot prizes also.

Spectators:

Spectators free. Public viewing only at the community centre and along road, no spectators on field/forest/part of the course.

Parking:

Parking will be available in & around the Community centre and adjacent roads. Come early. Parking stewards will be on hand to assist you.

Post Party:

After party in Mitchells Bar.

Other:

Minimum age: 16 years on day of run (with parental consent)
