Course Description:
This thrill seeking adventurous course includes many natural obstacles set in the natural rugged terrain of Moygownagh with mud being the common denominator.
Aid Stations:
First Aiders will be out on the course along with ambulance on site with First Aid Station.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd men/women.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome only at the community centre and along road, no spectators on forest part of the course
Parking:
Parking will be available in and around the community centre. Parking stewards will be on hand to assist you.
Other:
Leg work is probably most important, so you should do some running sessions at least once or twice a week. All obstacles are optional, give everything a go but if you don’t want to do an obstacle you don’t have to. The event takes about 1-1:30 hours.
Team:
You can not enter as a group, but if you enter a group of 8 or more you get a €5 discount per entrant
