Course Description:
The 5K Race includes over 15 obstacles weaving through the Sacred Heart Club, Gallagher's Farm, and the Erie Canalway. The course will bring participants to trudge though thick field grasses, wooded underbrush, in and out of deep gullies, and the 15+ obstacles. Some obstacles will include slip and slide, mud pits, cargo net climb, tunnel crawls, tire runs, wall climbs, hay bale stacking and climbing.
Aid Stations:
Aid stations will be placed throughout the course with volunteers at every obstacle for assistance and/or aid. Paramedics and fire personnel will be on site. Fruit and water will be provided at the conclusion of the race.

Spectators:
Spectators are free to attend and cheer runners along the course.
Parking:
Limited parking on-site, but parking can take place along the road of Sacred Heart Club.
Other:
All proceeds for the event will benefit the Orleans County YMCA's Scholarship Program.

The local Fire Department will be on-site for initial rinse hose-down. Showers are available to participants at the Orleans County YMCA.
All fees and associated costs paid in registration for the MMR event are not refundable for any reason under any circumstances, including, but not limited to injury, a scheduling conflict, and/or event cancellation.
