Course Description:

The challenge is composed of three challenges for all experience levels from advanced athletes to the beginner. Each day the Vikings should confront one desert face: Sand, Rock and Oasis.
Day 1 – 10 km Oasis Run in the charming Ziz Valley… Challenge other Vikings in the gorgeous and unique green nature of the palm grove environment, and cross centuries old villages.
Day 2 – 8 km Obstacle Challenge in a completely different landscape. The rocky scrubland of Merzouga … Unleash your inner Viking to win our most intense and physical competition!
Day 3 – 5 km Sand Run in the Golden dunes of Merzouga… Unleash your inner Viking to win our most intense and physical competition and be one of the first Desert Vikings!

Aid Stations:

Every effort has been taken to make it a safe, fun day for everyone. There will be a medical tent for first aid along with paramedics and an ambulance on site throughout the event. However, challengers participate at their own risk.
