Competitive Elite heat starts first at 9:00 a.m. Waves go off every 15 minutes after that until 10:30am.

Organizer:Overcomer Obstacle Challenge This event is an obstacle race designed to test the body, mind and spirit of participants regardless of fitness and experience level. Overcomers will run, climb, jump, crawl, and muscle their way through to conquer the 25+ obstacles along the way similar to the journey that survivors of domestic and sexual violence take to recover and reclaim their lives. Participants may complete one lap, or compete to be the fastest to complete 4 laps.

What You Get / What's Included:

Course is a combination of open fields, woods and a dirt bike track. Course is part of a park and we integrate many of the park structures. There are 25+ official obstacles with surprises thrown in on raceday. Obstacles include pipe climbs, 8 foot walls, ladder walls, monkey bars, multi-rig type traverses, bucket and sandbag carries, slant walls, hill crawls, and more.
Water stations are located at each Mile Marker. Radios are located at each obstacle. Local EMS has a heavy presence throughout the park.
Awards are given for top 3 Elite male and female competitors, fastest male and female to complete 4 laps, and Biggest Team.
Spectators are asked to make a donation to CEASE but will not be turned away without one. Spectators are allowed to move about the course as long as they stay out of the marked areas.
Parking is free, carpooling is recommended.
All proceeds from the race go to fund CEASE, a non-profit organization that works with victims of domestic violence.
Gear check will be available.
Participants can race as individuals or as a team!
