Race Start Time:

The first heat will take place at sundown (5:45pm). There will be 10 total heats leaving every 15 minutes with the final heat departing at 8:00pm.

Course Description:

The course takes place on the ski trails of Mt. Southington. Participants will encounter 12 obstacles along the course. All obstacles will be light to moderate will no large walls, barbed wire or electricity involved. The course is a little shy of 5K and it should take about 35-40 mintes for the faster competitors to complete and about an hour for the slower competitors.

Aid Stations:

There will be 1 aid station at about the halfway point with water provided. There will be paramedics on standbye at the first Aid temt.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and have access to the after party.

Parking:

There are 2 main parking lots directly across the mountain and parking is free of charge.

Post Party:

There is a post-party that will include a DJ, food trucks, beer and fire pits, with a great festive New England fall vibe!

Other:

The minimum age for this event is 12 years old.
10% of proceeds will be going to Connecticut Children's Medical Center, a leading pediatric hospital in New England
