Course Description:
The ForeShore Adventure Run features trails through various terrains, including wooded, dunes, grass, sand, and watercourse barriers on Pere Marquette Beach and Beachwood Park! The 20+ obstacles vary from crawling under tires, swinging through water hazards, running through beach balls, and ending with a 50-foot waterslide!
Awards:
Individual Competitive Run Awards for Male & Female. Top overall, masters, and top 3 places in each age category will receive a unique award designed specifically for ForeShore.

$10 Day Pass. City parking spaces in the Pere Marquette, Lake Michigan, Margaret Drake Elliott, Kruse, and HarbourTowne (Muskegon Lake)
Other:
Every registration, apparel purchase, and donation helps Muskegon Rescue Mission provide nutritious meals, safe shelter and life-changing services to homeless men, women and children in West Michigan.
Kids Race:
The Kid’s Zone is a miniature version of the 5K obstacle course and is FREE! Children have a blast on obstacles similar to those on the traditional course over and over again. The Kid’s Zone officially opens at 8:30 a.m. EST and will close when the last runner crosses the finish, and is best suited for children ages 3 – 8 years old, but children of all ages are welcome to join us.
