Course Description:
The Red Dirt Mud Run course is a combination open pasture (on an abandoned horse track) and Wooded Trails with tons of scenery. Oh and I almost forgot THE OBSTACLES, we have over 25 of them to challenge you, including , Slip And Slide, Death Medal Pedal, Walls, The muddy under/over, and a Mud bog that trucks have a tough time getting thru. SCARED YET? Fear not, we have modified the routes for every level (beginner, advanced and HARDCORE). Don't miss out on this RED DIRT Fun.
Aid Stations:
3 Water Stations on site. Paramedics on the course as well. Water and sponsor row at the end.
Spectators:
We have a spectator trail that starts near the starting line and makes its way onto the course.
Spectators are allowed to watch the course but all children must be accompanied by an adult. Beware, your shoes will likely get muddy/dirty if you venture onto the course.
Parking:
Parking is free and available on any concrete surface at the Expo Center.
Post Party:
DJs will be present, as well as food vendors and sponsors tents.
Other:
This race is put on by the Nacogdoches Jaycees, a non-profit.
Team:
Tag friends, family, colleagues along & create a team! The more the merrier!
Kids Race:
There's no minimum age but all under the age of 18 years must run with an adult.
