Run Dirty is an innovative wellness initiative and a fun endurance event that has proven to be the #1 mud run in the Bahamas. The event includes a 5 mile run with more than 20 obstacles throughout the race and is focused on encouraging health living, vibrant exercise, team comradery and group participation.

Course Description:

The event includes a 5 mile run with more than 20 obstacles throughout the race and is focused on encouraging health living, vibrant exercise, team comradery and group participation.
Run Dirty will begin on Fort Charlotte, specifically Clifford Park.
The race will proceed as follows: North on Marcus Bethel Way to West Bay Street. East on West Bay Street to the entrance to Junkanoo Beach. West onto Junkanoo Beach. West along Fish Fry, onto West Bay Street to Saunders Beach. Onto Saunders Beach. West to Goodman’s Bay. Onto Goodman’s Bay. East on West Bay Street to the Entrance to Hanes’ Oval (by Cricket Club). Onto Fort Charlotte / Clifford Park.

Aid Stations:

One aid station will be available. Ambulance will also be on standby.

Awards:

Awards will be given for the top three (3) finishers in each group to complete the event. Please note all team members must cross the finish line. An award is also will be given for the largest team.

No age limit. persons under 18 require parents signed approval to participate.
