Mud Endeavor Welcome to the Mud Endeavor, Florida’s premium 5k obstacle/mud run! Mud Endeavor is set at the edge of the Withlacoochee State Forest. With breath taking views and over 100 feet in elevation changes, this course will challenge even the most fit competitors. Waiting for you will be 15 challenging obstacles, sand, clay, gumbo, and a ton of mud! The Mud Endeavor grounds are so tough they are used to train the Florida National Guard and the Black Hawk Helicopter pilots. Think you can handle the course the Military trains on? The Mud Endeavor course is conveniently located on 50 beautiful acres off of Highway 50 in Brooksville just less than a mile from I-75, with plenty of hotels and restaurants right off the exit. Plan for a day of running, mud, slides, rockin’ music, beer and more! This race is fun for the whole family!

Course Description:

You’ve never had this much fun on a golf course! This Mud Endeavor run is planted right in the middle of an old abandoned golf course. This event offers an extended view of beautiful scenery with great spectator accessibility. So careful who you bring, because they’ll have the satisfaction of watching you run by with that mud eating grin on your face. (Can you say blackmail?)

This premium course location allows The Mud Endeavor event to be pushed to a whole new level of extreme and limits. 18 holes? Try 18 obstacles! With multiple natural creek crossings and water hazards, Mud Endeavor promises one of the most unique runs yet. These old sand traps that are so deep you won’t only lose your golf ball… but you’ll be lucky to come out with both of your shoes on.

Awards:

Awards will be given to the top 3 male finishers and the top 3 female finishers in each division! The divisions are as follows:

• Male/Female 13-19
• Male/Female 20-29
• Male/Female 30-39
• Male/Female 40-49
• Male/Female 50-59
• Male/Female 60+

Spectators:

Free! We encourage you to bring everyone you can think of along, for free. Tell them to bring cameras and video recorders.

Parking:

$10.00 per car (cash only)

Post Party:

There will be plenty of food and drinks for sale throughout the day.

Other:

Racers must be a minimum of 13 years old to participate.
We recommend skipping any obstacle that you do not believe you can safely complete by going around the obstacle. However, you will only be eligible for an overall award if you complete all the obstacles.

Bring a towel and a change of clothes! There will be rinse off stations for all racers to clean off.
While the bag check area is secure and we make every effort to protect your belongings, Mud Endeavor is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
Each race will be electronically timed with a chip timer that you will receive at packet pick-up. You will return your chip timer to a staff member as soon as you cross the finish line in exchange for your participation award. You will be able to view your time at the event as well as on our website the following day.

The event allows you to run individually, or run with a group of friends, family, or co-workers.
