Course Description:

30 natural and constructed obstacles spread out over 5km of trails. Participants will transverse over natural park trails to those cut into the brush by organizers. The Grand River is utilized as a natural obstacle at several points. Constructed obstacles such as walls, a quarter pipe and tire swing will be utilized.
The BPA Mud Run offers participants a 5km course with 30 constructed and natural obstacles. The route winds its way through the Brant Conservation Area in Brantford, Ontario, encompassing sections of the Grand River and trails inside the park. Participants will be challenged to complete obstacles as a team.

Aid Stations:

St. Johns Ambulance will be on-site and able to provide immediate emergency response via mobile equipment.

Awards:

Before the conclusion of the event, BPA Mud Run organizers will advise participants how much money was raised by participants - all funds benefiting the Lansdowne Children's Centre.

Prizes:

Prize to be awarded for the top fundraiser!

Spectators:

Spectators are required to pay the Brant Conservation Area daily entrance fee. Entrance into park admits spectators into the event. Spectators are welcome to stay within the park until dusk on day of event when park closes. Spectators are welcome to roam the course freely and are encouraged to take photographs and share them with BPA Mud Run social media.

Parking:

Parking is free for participants. Spectators pay the daily entrance fee.

Post Party:

Post race entertainment TBD.

Other:

All proceeds to benefit the Lansdowne Children's Centre. Minimum age for participating is 12 years old and up on the day of the event. Timing chips for the event TBD. Water obstacles will not require participant to swim as water is at maximum knee deep. Shower and changing facilities will be provided.

Team:

Teams are encouraged. Emergency Services will have special rate for 10 persons per team which will be added to registration website soon.
