Phoenix Extreme heat will leave at 8:30am. Elite heat will start at 9:00am. Family Heat will start at 11am.

Course Description:
Eagles Nest Pheonix Extreme Is a 5km+ obstacle race. The Elite Wave will be 2 Laps. In the Elite Wave all obstacles are mandatory. Priority will be given to Elite racers at each obstacle. Phoenix Extreme is a multi lap race. Athletes will have to start their last lap before 3pm. The athlete who finishes the greatest number of laps in the shortest time wins. The first two laps that each racer completes will be their time for the Elite Heat.
Aid Stations:
Water Stations will be on the course as well as at the finish.
Spectators:
Spectators are free.
Parking:
There is on site parking for $10
Other:
Headlamps are mandatory for the 6pm and 8pm runs.
