Elite heat starts at 8:30 the rest start at 9:30. The heats go every 20 minutes. 75 runners per heat.

Course Description:
5 km, 25 obstacles suitable for all levels of fitness! Challenging but achievable for all fitness levels. We have added hill and water slide obstacles for a more varied and interesting course.
Sunrise Rotary Roughneck is a mud run with 25 obstacles within the amazing and varied terrain of the Southern Cross Equestrian Centre outside of Brantford in Burford, Ontario. You will experience a mud run with real run not trucked in. You will have fun in spades while helping raise money for the Alzheimer Society and other Rotary Sunrise sponsored as all profits go to Charity and not to an American conglomerate.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics on site. Multiple water stations throughout the course
Prizes:
Prizes awarded for the most online pledges for Alzheimers. Prizes for Elite heat winners
Spectators:
Spectators are free. Spectators can roam through most of the course after signing waiver. Spectators can enter beer and food truck area.
Parking:
Parking is $20 and parking lot is adjacent to course.
Post Party:
DJ playing throughout the day. Food trucks will be onsite. Beer tent at the the end of the course adjacent to 3 of the most spectacular obstacles for viewing enjoyment of beer tent patrons.
Other:
Online pledging goes directly to the Alzheimer's society. This is a non-profit event. All net proceeds go to charities like Alzheimer's, Kids Can Fly and Imagination Library.
Minimum age is 14 years old and must be accompanied by a parent (parent doesn't have to run, but must be present on site to sign the waiver)
Free bag check and semi-private showers!

Whether you sign up as an individual or with one of our three-packs, you can name a team Captain which will link you to that Team. Teams of 10 or more are encouraged to contact us directly for special pricing. This is a great Workplace Teambuilding event!
