EPIC RACE Challenge: The EPIC Race course is 12+ functional fitness challenges laid out on a course like nothing you’ve experienced. Designed using the principles of cross-training, bootcamp, strongman, and endurance competitions, this course will break you down and build you back up! Whether you're competing against others or trying to achieve your personal best, make no mistake, this is a race.

Course Description:

Introducing a brand new course from the EPIC Series! Barnaby's Challenge Course is a standalone event featuring 10+ functional obstacle challenges that will put your strength and endurance to the test!
The Course:
1. Truck Pull
2. Clean & Press (M 95# / W 65#) - 10x
3. Deadlift (M 225# / W 135#) - 10x
4. Atlas Up/Over Wall (M 95# / W 65#) - 5x
5. Tire Flip (M 185# / W 100#) - 10x
6. Farmer Carry (M 95# ea / W 65# ea) - There/Back
7. Kettlebell Step-Ups (M 65# ea / W 45# ea) - 10x
8. Atlas Stone Shrugs (M 95# / W 65#) - 10x
9. Sandbag Lunges (M 95# / W 65#) - There/Back
10. Keg Run (M 95# / W 65#) - There/Back
11. Sprint to finish
**5x Burpee Box Jumps in between each station (M 24"" / W 18"")
No time caps, with the exception of a 90-second time cap for the Truck Pull (failure to complete truck pull within 90 seconds will result in an additional 2:30 time penalty).

Aid Stations:

No aid stations will be available.

Trophies awarded to the Top 3 Men/Women with the fastest course completion times.
