Course Description:
The Lord's Gym Mud Run is designed to be challenging for experts while still being manageable for most beginner racers. There are around 20 obstacles that require climbing, crawling, running, lifting and a fair amount of grit and determination. Obstacles include the 'Vice Grip' climbing wall that requires racers to shimmy along using fingers and toes, 'Froggin Awesome' where racers run across wooden lillypads on a lake and 'Lube Tube' where participants crawl through a mud-filled industrial tube. The course involves some significant hills but is also plenty of flatter terrain.
Aid Stations:
There will be first aid and water stations throughout the course.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and have access to a spectator trail and viewing areas.
Parking:
Parking is free and close to the start/finish line.
Other:
All proceeds from the Lord's Gym Mud Run got to charity.
The minimum age for this event is 13.
Children ages 4 to 12 can participate in the kids run at 2pm for $25 (or $20 for online registration).
Team:
We offer a $5 team discount per person for teams of 5 or more when registering together. Teams from local businesses can participate in the 'Baddest Business Bell' - contact us at info@lordsgymoroville.org to find out more.
