Race Start Time:
We have elite heats for more competitive racers starting from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. The first standard heat leaves at 11:30 AM, and the last standard heat leaves at 3:00 PM. We have a standard heat every 15 minutes, and there are about 70 people per heat.

Course Description:
The Lord's Gym Mud Run challenges the endurance and mental toughness of beginners and experts alike. Crawl through mud pits, jump over walls, run across lakes, swing, climb, and hang from your fingertips to overcome over 20 obstacles across a grueling five-kilometer course. The course covers a mixture of flat and hilly terrain. Everyone from complete beginners to professional racers is welcome to take part in the Mud Run. You just need to be able to walk five kilometers.
Here is a partial list of some of the obstacles you will encounter:
Mud Crawl: Crawl in the pool of mud under lazer-like strings to get low and get muddy!
Tarzan Swing: Time to test your balance and strength! Get through to the other side safely by swinging from one hanging tire to another!
Trapped: With a giant net above you, can you get through a landmine full of tires?
Floating Island: It’s like ziplining— except you have to use your arms while sitting on floaties to get through to the other side of the lake!
Log Run: Running in the natural beauty with a twist—only have to carry a log on your shoulder! No big deal!
Timber Tantrum: Can you beat the Timber Tantrum by walking on hanging / swinging logs and not fall into the mud?
Vice Grip: If you want to stay dry, hold on to the footholds and hand grips to walk horizontally on the walls!
Shriveler: Get a freezing cold experience—immerse yourself in the tank full of ice and water!
Tangled: Escape the obstacle full of laser-like ropes and don’t get tangled up!
Frogging Awesome: Want to run on water? We laid down a path made of floating boards for you to run across the lake! Now off you go!
Cliffhanger: Can you run up the giant sloping board and get over to the other side, or slide down to the very bottom?
Aid Stations:
We have Aid Stations planted throughout the course with EMTs available. Paramedics will be on standby.
Awards:
The winning Business Bell team gets the Business Bell trophy! The top three runners also get trophies.
Spectators:
We have FREE spectator zones where you can watch your loved ones do their races and cheer them on!
Parking:
Free parking on-site, parking lots are dispersed throughout the property - we will have parking staff to direct you to open spaces. Please carpool if possible, this will help us keep our parking lots less crowded and help everyone arrive and depart much faster.
Post Party:
We will have food available for purchase, Mud Fest for children, and awesome music throughout the day of the event.
Other:
This is a full charity event. ALL proceeds go back into the community to help with multiple food assistance programs, job training for those newly re-entering the workforce, children’s programs, youth programs, and many others.
Kids ages 4-12 can enter the Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run on June 6.
We also have the Business Bell competition which pits local businesses against each other to compete in the Mud Run and be crowned the “Baddest Business” and take home the Bell trophy!
