Course Description:

Aside from the many unique and spectacular obstacles, you will also have to face lots of MUD! The Strong Viking Mud Edition takes place in the beautiful forested area of an ex-military training ground in Fürstenau, near Osnabruck. You can choose between the 7-kilometer, 13-kilometer or the 19-kilometer trail. Gather your friends, start training and set your first challenge for 2019! Oorah!.
Looking for an extreme challenge at the beginning of the year? The Iron Viking comes to Fürstenau! A great terrain, awesome obstacles are waiting for you at Fursten Forest. 42 KM an more than 100 Obstacles. Fursten Forest offers everything a real good Obstacle Run needs to have. Muddy, wet passages. Sandy roads which make it hard to run and a varying landscape. Woods, meadows open sandy areas everything can be found here!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.

Other:

After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
Every participant receives a number on a wristband with which he/she can drop-off their bag in a guarded baggage room. Be advised, only 1 bag allowed per participant! Leaving your bag is always at your own risk.
There are separate changing rooms for men and women at the event.
