Course Description:
This race is in the foothills of the Rockies, and is hilly but you will find each step fuelled by unbeatable views of the rocky mountains. The obstacles are doable but challenging. The 4km takes on average an hour, but changes each year
Aid Stations:
Every obstacle will have volunteers to guide, support and help you out. No other aid stations will be available on course, but there will be food at the finish.
Awards:
Custom trophies from local artists for top 3 in male and female for each distance.
Prizes:
Wild Rose of the year is awarded annually, to someone who has helped others get outside and Active. Nominate a fellow racer and they could win the coveted award!
Spectators:
Spectator entry is $5 to cover the location fee! An stunning view of the course is visible from the finish area.
Parking:
Parking is free downtown in Pincher Creek, with a shuttle to event. Onsite parking will be subject to a 25 dollar charge, parking is limited!
Post Party:
Food and vendors, local organisations and music around the fire after the event.
Other:
Kids run is cheap and run after the event
Team:
Enter with a team to start with them- no team timing at this event but we will start you with up to 12 of your friends on a team. Teams run last through the course, so you will get a later start time as well!
