Course Description:
The ISU Ambush is a 5k run with a few obstacle challenges throughout. This run is a team run, or an “ambush” run as we like to call it! Your ambush will consist of 4-7 members and it will take the strength of all Ambush members to be successful in this race! The course is designed to challenge your skills and the most united team will prevail! You and your team will traverse the endless nets that will ensnare your ambush, slosh through bottomless mud pits designed to slow the track of any tiger, scale high walls, and trudge up endless hills. Though it sounds a little scary, it is enough to put a smile on any Bengal’s face!
The Ambush will have one heat for lone Bengals! If you are brave enough to sign up and take on the challenge alone, this heat is for you! Although, to make it through some of the obstacles you may have to team up shortly with other lone Bengals in order to succeed! The lone Bengal heat is at noon.
Aid Stations:
We won't hesitate to provide some water stops along the way.
Parking:
Parking is FREE in the Reed Gym parking lot.
Other:
We encourage everyone 14 years of age and older to come out and see what they are made of on the Ambush course. There will be a roped off area to leave your stuff, and it will be supervised.

The endurance and attitude of your ambush will determine your fate so grab 3 or more friends and register today! To start a team, select ""Create a Team"" and choose a name for your Ambush. If you already have a team, select ""Join a Team"" and find your ambush.
