Course Description:
The Muck Run is a fun obstacle course over 5km and suitable for everyone - If you can laugh, then you are ready for it. No special training required, no special equipment required. Come have a BLAST in the mud and 10+ obstacles that will get you as dirty as possible.
Spectators:
Spectators are encouraged and with the NEW venue they are able to witness the majority of the race
Parking:
A R20 cash entry fee per vehicle applies on race days.
Other:
Zsports reserves the right to cancel or modify the Muck Run in consideration of number of race participants, extremely adverse weather conditions, other health or safety factors and issues that pose an imminent threat to competitors or volunteers.
