NBVC Mud Run As an annual event, the NBVC Mud Run is a unique opportunity for the general public to compete against some of the U.S. Navy's finest. The obstacle course portion was designed by the U.S. Navy's Fighting Seabees and includes tunnels, pits, slides, rope crossings and more. Individuals and Teams are welcome.

Course Description:

The NBVC Mud Run starts off with a flat land run that transitions into the mud and obstacle portion. Consisting of several hills, tube tunnels, rope swings, rope crossings, and cargo nets. There are several over under log crossings, tire obstacles, wall climbs and a slide.

Aid Stations:

Aid stations on course with large medical tent in the mud & obstacle field. Water and hydration stations on course as well at the finish.

Spectators:

Free ad mission for spectators with a designated viewing area above the course for optimal viewing. Spectators are welcome to participate in the after party

Parking:

Parking is FREE for all with a short walk to the start/finish.

Post Party:

Post party to include music food and plenty of beer. activities for all ages

Other:

All proceeds go to our Navy Quality of Life Programs here at Naval Base Ventura County. Your registration fees help us deliver more recreation and entertainment opportunities for our active duty and their family members.
Minimum age is 10.
Swimming is not a required - lifeguards are on site to assist anyone.
Gear check available. Wash stations are a maybe.
You will be on a military installation speed limits are strictly enforced and vehicle searches will take place at random. NO PETS ALLOWED. Other restrictions apply.

Team:

Teams are welcome. 4-person teams. Teams compete for a single finish time
