Race Start Time:
First heat will be at 8:30am and last heat around 1:00pm. There will be 12 racers per heat at every 7 minutes.

Course Description:
We will have approximately 12 stations, on a flat course of approximately 5km
Aid Stations:
St-John ambulance will be on site. There will be at least three water station. Fruit and water available at finish line
Awards:
There will be podium for all of our 12 categories
Spectators:
Free for spectators. Really good view!
Parking:
5$ parking fee. We recommend carpooling.
Post Party:
We will have BBQ on site. People are welcome to stay and enjoy all the kids park and beach.
Team:
There is special scoring for teams that participate in our three races.
