Race Start Time:
Event starts at 9:00am with a Competitive Wave.
Waves every 30 minutes.
Limited to 250 spots per heat, more heats may be added if needed.

Course Description:
Course is on the bluff of the Mississippi River with some hills, paths through the woods, and flat ground.
There will be 28 obstacles to encounter over the 5k course which involve climbing, crawling, jumping, and sliding over, under or through.
The kids course will have 12 obstacles to encounter on the 1 mile course.
Aid Stations:
There will be 5 water stations on the course as well as a medical station. Water will be provided at the finish line too.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to come to the event free of charge and may access the after party.
Parking:
Due to parking and location, there will be shuttle service available for participants and those coming to watch.
Please allow time for shuttle transport and registration when planning your arrival time. You are NOT allowed to park in the campground.
Post Party:
The Dock (1021 Bonansinga Drive): 11am – 3pm

Other:
Plan to arrive one hour before your wave time. Remember you have to park, pick up your packet and make your way to the starting line.
No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
No glass containers will be allowed.
Gear Check (Storage of belongings)
There will be a designated area available to store your belongings.
Wash Station: An area will be designated where you can hose off after the run
Team:
There is no team division, but you are welcome to run with some friends, family members or co-workers. As a team, you can run through the obstacles and help each other. Each team member must register individually through the website.
Be sure that all team members register for the same wave time.
