Course Description:
The Little Muddy 1/2 Mile or 1 Mile Kids Run is a mini race with horse park obstacles. Parents may run free with their children.
The Boomerang 5k is a track and obstacle style run with the added challenge of a bratwurst and a few beers.
The Muddy Nick 10k is filled with mud, dirt, water and military style challenges on a cross country course. There are 2 waves the 1st being a Competitors Wave with teams competing for 2 Remington shot guns. The second wave will be a Challengers Wave for individuals or teams.
Aid Stations:
Safety is our number one priority and every event will have trained and certified paramedics on site to attend to any injuries that may occur during the event. An ambulance will be on site for any injury requiring medical treatment and transportation to the nearest hospital. Water stations will be provided through out the course as well as at the finish line.
Awards:
The fastest team to successfully complete the course of the Competitors Wave of The Muddy Nick 10k will win 2 Remington Shot Guns.
Prizes:
We will be raffling off thousands of dollars in awesome prizes and each participant will receive a Raffle Ticket that will be entered for a chance to win. **Additional Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the event.
Spectators:
Spectators admission is free and encouraged to come check out the event and to cheer on participants. All we ask is that you donate 2 cans of non-perishable food items. All donated items will be given to a local food bank.
Parking:
Parking is free, all we ask is that you donate 2 cans of non-perishable food items as admission into the Park. All donated items will be given to a local food bank.
Other:
All participants will have the option to choose one of seven charities that at least 5% of their registration fee will be donated to. These 7 charities are: Fayetteville Running Club (FRC), National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF), National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), Special Forces Association Chapter 62, Special Forces Charitable Trust, Step Up For Soldiers, Team Red, White, and Blue (RWB).
Team:
Challengers must participate in a 2 person team for The Muddy Nick 10k Competitors Wave. Challengers have the ability to participate individually or in teams for the Boomerang 5k and the Muddy Nick 10k Challengers Wave.
