Course Description:
Rea Palus Race course is characterized by artificial and natural obstacles, and they are almost all located at the Rapallo Promenade, a fact that makes the RPR an enjoyable and exciting event for the large audience present, a peculiar feature of the spectacle of the event.
The Open Race is a 5 km and 20 challenging obstacles for an adventure to be overcome even with friends as a team (even with the help of one another!). In OPEN you have more attempts to overcome the obstacles and if you fail, the infamous burpees will hit you! In the non-competitive, there is no final ranking of your time: you can however request the optional timing CHIP to have a reference of your performance.
In the ELITE the km double and go to 10 (even the difference in height increases and becomes stimulating) meeting 21 obstacles. The real difference between the categories is not made by the extra obstacle: the difficulty is given above all by the race formula that does not forgive the slightest mistake: timed race, re-attempting of obstacles at the discretion of the referee and athletes cannot physically help other athletes under any circumstance.
Obstacles are not optional: the participant who does not feel like trying to overcome the obstacle or fails to overcome it after 3 unsuccessful attempts, in order to continue the course will have to perform 30 complete movements of ""BURPEES"".
Prizes:
1st 2nd 3rd Male and Female(absolute ranking) in the Elite race get a Trophy, prizes in material prize and free registrations for the 2022 edition of the RPR.
Material prizes for the 1st 2nd 3rd male and female for the following age categories (Age Group): 14 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, and over 50 years old

Parking at Liceti Institute parking space via Rizzo but the train is highly recommended, Rapallo station
Team:
Teams are encouraged with great Refunds, the bigger the team the greater the refund
The REFUND will be paid in cash to the TEAM Captain (the one who first registers the TEAM name on the registration site) who will collect the REFUND on behalf of each TEAM member only on the day of the race.
