Course Description:

The course is a mix of sand wet/dry and pavement. The course is very tough, however, anyone who has completed a Tough Mudder should be able to complete this course. Participants will encounter evolutions that consist of body weight exercise, partner carries and sand dunes all along the way expect to be stopped for a different evolution every 1/2 mile or less. We like to leave descriptions of the obstacles faced vague because this course is all about your mental fortitude and teamwork to achieve the goal of completing our course.

Aid Stations:

No aid stations will be available. However, we will have light refreshments at the end of the course. Please bring a canteen/Camelback filled.

Spectators are free.

Beach parking nearby on your own.

You do not need to be able to swim to compete in this SEALTrek.

Required gear:
Camelback insert/canteen/water bottle
Packed with either; bricks (wrapped in Duct tape), weight plates (wrapped in Duct tape) or sandbags – 30-45lbs
Energy bars/snacks
Headlamp (for early morning/late night events)
Protective gloves, we recommend Mechanix gloves (same gloves worn by Team guys)

US Navy SEAL Brett Hess will be leading this course and will provide any questions and answers about being a Navy SEAL after.

During the course you will be broken up into random teams to demonstrate the true meaning of teamwork, just like in BUD/S.
