Course Description:
Our 5K OBSTACLE COURSE RACE that starts at the Rocky Mount Sports complex and courses through historic Battle Park and the E.B. Grain Company property. This course will be through the woods, down by the river, into a few mud pits, up and down hills, and under US HWY 64! There will be 18+ obstacles for you to Tackle - mud pits, 16ft wall, spider web, dip in the pond, and so much more.
Aid Stations:
There are EMS stations at the event grounds and a mobile team on standby.
Awards:
Age Group awards for the competitive heats only. The ceremony will be held at 10:15AM.
Spectators:
Spectators are free! There's a great view of the mud BIG mud pit on the event grounds.
Parking:
$5 per vehicle
Other:
1 Mile Kids Run is for ages 8-13. All other runs are 14 and above.
