Course Description:

The start takes place in timed waves that will be designated according to the chronological priority of registration (first enrolled, first to go). The OCR obstacles, in case of not exceeding, you can face as many times as you want, but if you fail, the obstacle assistant will check that you perform a temporary stop consisting of 50 Jumping Jacks.
At the end, a ranking order will be drawn up to face the second and third tests, ie those that will be held on the CISM Circuit.
The 2nd event will be held on the fateful 500m CISM Circuit (strongly recommended to cover arms and legs with clothing suitable for avoiding bruises. The departure takes place in timed waves which will consist, as per international standard, of 2 participants at a time. In the event of an obstacle not being exceeded, the assistant to the obstacle will impose a time penalty of 1 minute / each.
The 3rd test in Staffetta (absolute first), will be held, then, again on the CISM Circuit, only between Groups (4M or 3F) who have registered providing the name of the Group itself. The departure takes place in timed waves which will be constituted, as per international standard, by 2 participants at a time who give the change to their companions (3M and 2F) in the vicinity of the established obstacles. First the Feminine and then the Masculine batteries will start, with priorities dictated by the Groups that have registered before. For obstacle not passed, the assistant to the obstacle will impose the time penalty of 1min / each obstacle.

Aid Stations:

First aid stations equipped with ambulance and doctor will be available along the way. Refreshment stations for the administration of water

Awards:

Prizes will be given to the top 3 finishers F / M individual categories and to the winners and more sympathetic groups

Spectators:

Access is also allowed viewers. At the entrance of the military will be the identification through a valid ID. After that the audience will be able to bring out in the nearby area.

Parking:

Parking is adjacent to the Camp, on Military Property (the Organization is not responsible for any damage or theft).
