Race Start Time:
Start times are 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am; with the Champions Challenge at 1:00pm. Registration starts at 7:30am.
Each heat will have up to 15 people. Heats will run co-ed.

Course Description:
This is a hilly course! Virtually all of it is on trail with the beautiful North Umpqua River as your backdrop! There are enough obstacles along the way to keep you strategizing how you will make it to the next with energy to get through. Plenty of obstacles to jump over, some to pull or push and a rig that is completed twice.
Aid Stations:
We will have fruit, water, bars and electrolyte beverages.
No aid stations. Paramedics will be on standby.
Awards:
Awards ceremony after the 1p.m. heat for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in Men and Women
Spectators:
Spectators are free. Spectators can roam around the course for optimal viewing of obstacles.
Parking:
Park at Umpqua College! The start is near the Track, drive into Umpqua College Road, take the first left into the PE/Pool area, drive all the way around the parking lot, look for a hill that leads you to the Tower Building. Park below the hill and walk to the start line. Parking is free!
