Course Description:

This run is over and through Grass, Farmland, Forest Trail, and unevan land. There will be 8+ obstacles such as Slip n' slide, Tire walk, Mud pits, Rope crawls.. This is not a tough ironman course and is designed for all ages, you may Run, Walk or Crawl.

Aid Stations:

We have volunteers around the course who will contact our first responders if required. Canteen at finish line for participants or spectators to purchase Food and Drinks.

Spectators:

Free for Spectators to watch the start, and the obstacles in the sports ground and finish line.

Parking:

Car parking is Free with ample spaces at the school and sports ground.

Other:

All Proceeds to fund a new outdoor Basketball court at William Mason School. No age limits, but children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Wash down by Fire Service at Finish. Very limited changing/bathroom facilites.

Team:

No official teams, if you wish to run together please state this and we will accommodate a heat time for you.
