WILD RAM'S ADULT 8KM - 12.00pm start – waves of 50
WILD RAM'S JUNIOR RAM RUN 8KM for 12 – 16 year olds 13.00 pm start – groups of 40. 8KM parents can run with their juniors.
WILD LAMB'S RUN FOR 6 – 11 year olds - Start 2.30pm
TEAM OBSTACLE RELAY RACE – FREE TO ALL RAM RUN ENTRANTS - 3.30 pm start – be at start by 3.15pm for rules! SERIOUS TEAM FUN over the obstacles in the Concourse and the Grand Ring
BARBECUE PARTY - 6.00pm. Camping available

WILD RAM'S AUTUMN 24KM TROPHY RACE (3 x 8km laps – the hard part of the course!)
- 10.00 am start – only 150 entries – 3 waves of 50 10 minutes apart.
WILD RAM'S AUTUMN SUNDAY ADULT 12KM RUN WITH 8KM SHORT CUT IF NEEDED. 11.30 start in waves of 50

Course Description:
The Ram Run is a natural wild run in which runners are tested, sometimes massively, in marshland, forests, historic woodlands, and very special natural challenges like the 4x4 test track through woodland and water and at varying times they will be tested by the mighty River Avon - swimming, wading and even crossing can be a challenge. Natural mud and water everywhere. But that's not enough – StoneleighFit's Wild Ram who designs the course dreams up man made obstacles to add to the challenge and to the thrill. He provides a course to encourage Fun Runners to move up to real wild running and Juniors to experience the thrill.
Aid Stations:
First aid stations and water at regular points along the course. Paramedics on site on standby.

Awards on Sunday early afternoon

Winner's trophy & 10 wild ram mega medals to the runners with the 10 best combined times in Saturday's 12KM and Sunday's 24KM
50 fasterst finishers completing all obstacles receive ram run elite technical t-shirt or vest by akuma top

Free spectators, access to some of the best obstacles with great viewing areas

Free parking on hard standing car park
Post Party:
BBQ and after party in the Royal Pavilion - party in the accommodation that housed the Queen. Free drink with every ticket £10, covers your food
