Race Start Time:
Waves will start at 9:00am and will be released every 20 minutes until 2:00pm. You will be asked which wave time you would like to join during the registration process. Every runner should check in at the Information Pick-Up tent one hour before their wave time (unless you attended pre-packet pick-up – see below). Each runner should arrive at the start line 10 minutes before their wave’s start time. You must have your race bib on in order to run the race. You cannot race without your bib – think of it as your ticket to the event. There will be a wave leaving the start line every 20 minutes with up to 500 Mighty Mud Dashers per wave.

Course Description:
MIGHTY MUD DASH is a 5k challenge that gives you the opportunity to test yourself with 20+ Military style obstacles where you can run for fun or run competitively for a $7,000 purse prize! You can expect to compete with some of the areas top Dasher’s at your own pace at an event that encompasses MUSCLES, MUD & MUSIC
Aid Stations:
There will be water stations provided throughout the race
Complimentary Bananas and Apples will be available at the end of the race

$7,000 Purse Prize Breakdown:
1st place Top Male and Female receive – $2,500.
2nd place Male and Female receive – $750.
3rd place male and female receive – $250
Award ceremony will be at 12:00pm

Spectators are free, we welcome them to watch their friends and family achieve through our tough event.

Post Party:
You just completed the Texas Tough Mud Run, Mighty Mud Dash – Though you may have lost your dignity, you have gained an experience of a lifetime; and now it is time for you and your fellow dashers to celebrate your initiation into becoming a Mighty Mud Dasher with a debauchery themed party. At our Post Party you will be granted 1 free beer, good music and a multitude of festivities and competitions to take part in. Besides a change of clothes the only thing you need to bring is a Mighty Frickin’ Good Attitude.

Kids 100-yard Obstacle Dash
Mighty Mud Dash is no longer limited to just adults! Now your kids can come join in on the fun with the Mighty Mud Dash 100 Yard Obstacle Dash! Your children can get the scaled down experience of what it means to be a Mighty Mud Dasher! Each child will receive a Mighty Mud Dash accomplishment T-shirt!
The Kids Dash heats will go off between 9:30am-12:00pm
Ages 6-14
Pre-register is $15 and Walk Up registration is $20.
*The Kids Dash is not chipped timed and there are no winners or losers – only Mighty Kids.
