Organizer:

Prison Break Race 5 km, 15 obstacles, 3 attempts to escape. Prison Breakers are each given a belt with 3 flags. They have to run a 5 kilometer distance and overcome 15 custom-built obstacles while trying to protect their flags from menacing prison guards. Running, climbing, crawling, carrying loads, and clearing fences are all part of the escape. The ultimate goal is to break free: finishing the race with at least 1 flag remaining. Will you make it to freedom?

Course Description:

400 acres of escape land: fields, trails, a small river, hills, mud and a road to cross!
The 5km course is very varied: hills, flat area, rivers, etc. The perfect terrain for an escape! Over 30 obstacles will block the prisoners' way to freedom.
The short distance and the different difficulty levels allow everyone to participate, elite and amateur runners alike.

Aid Stations:

2 water stations are provided and a paramedic team is on site to help with any injuries.

Awards:

For competitive runners, the ELITE wave will offer a race without any guards or flags, where only your time will count. You can win great prizes and qualify for the OCR World Championship.

Prizes:

Prizes come from our many sponsors, including Oakley, Camelbak, Sail, Salomon, etc.

Spectators:

Come cheer the prisoners for free! Walk along the course and take pictures of the entire escape if you wish!
We looooove to have a big crowd to encourage the participants!

Parking:

Free parking for cars of 3 people or more. $5 otherwise

Post Party:

Stay to enjoy the sun and your cold beer after your race!
Our DJ will play music all day and you can stay as long as you wish!

Other:

Minimum age is 16 years old.
Bag check available for free on site.
Prison Break KIDS : Minimum age of 4-13 years on race day

Team:

Escapees can register solo or in a team of 4-12 people
