Shropshire Mud Run We organise & deliver 10km Mud Runs across Shropshire at unique locations using natural obstacles and the environment to plan the routes. Having had a successful 2013 we now have 5 events this year with Round 3 being held at Lilleshall, Shropshire.

Course Description:

A firm favourite on the events calendar, Bomere Lake is the venue with probably the most variety and natural challenges. It offers a unique opportunity to tackle the slippery muddy motocross dirt (with the odd crawl and bog of water thrown in for good measure) followed by an unpredictable swamp and marshland that can change in a matter of days and finish with a wade, scramble and jump into the lake. A site of special scientific interest, this is a beautiful and privileged place to run…it’s muddy good fun too!
