Race Start Time:
The first group of runners will start at 9:00 A.M. There will be 15 minute intervals between start waves with the last wave around 1 P.M. or later depending on sign-ups. Start times will be posted on the home page about a week prior to the event. All participants will be notified via email when the times are posted. The luau starts at 9:30 A.M. and will last until we've all had enough fun!

Course Description:
Fun and challenging 5K run with obstacles along the course.
Prizes:
You can qualify for several fundraising incentives. In addition, prizes will be awarded to first place finishers in each category as well as those who exhibit the best "Aloha Spirit" (aka - best costumes).
Spectators:
There are many supporters that show up each year to enjoy the "show." If they want to watch you at a certain obstacle they will have to walk there themselves.
Post Party:
Revel in your success at the traditional Hawaiian luau complete with roasted pig, a beer garden, and plenty of Hawaiian music and entertainment. Bring your beach chairs and flip flops and join the fun!
Other:
100% of the proceeds go to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Anyone 8 years or older can participate
If you need teammates sign up as an individual. You will placed on a
team with other individuals in the same category - honu, wiki, or
kekoa.
Guests must pay $10 for each plate of food. Children under 10 are free.
You may purchase extra luau tickets when you register. Otherwise,
guests can pay at the luau food line and/or beer garden.
The obstacles will be spread out to prevent participants from waiting at any of
the obstacles. However, please be patient and prepared to wait should
there be a backlog.
If you can't complete an obstacle, all we ask is that you try. If you can't do it, then so be it.
You will get dirty. Bring a change of clothing AND shoes. You have been officially warned!
There will be porta-potties at the post-event party where you can change
- if you dare. There are no showers or locker rooms available.
A bag check area will be provided free to all participants. However, due to the number of participants please bring only small bags.
