Hilly 5k course with 25 obstacles.
Challenging but family friendly (children over 8)
Mud crawls, balance beams, hurdles, wall climbs, rope climb, repel, swim, wade, mud wall climb

Water stand at 1/2 way
Fruit/water at finish
