Race Start Time:
9 am leaving every 15 min till noon then there is an hour break for kids run then start back up at 1pm till 3:15.
Elite heats at 9am and 1pm. Up to 30 per heat but we try to keep it around 20

Course Description:
We have 26 obstacles and almost all have an easier thing to do to finish the obstacle.
Aid Stations:
Paramedics on site.
Spectators:
Spectators are free however there is a $5.00 parking fee.
They can go anywhere on the course and they can celebrate with participants all day long.
