Course Description:
Arena Run 10K: In this class you run two laps along the 5 km long track. The 20 obstacles will be 40, and the number of steps will be doubled. The class is open to anyone from the age of 14.
Arena Run 10K Elit: 10K Elite is our most intense class and there you participate who want to make up for the best times of the race. In this class, you run two laps along the 5 km long track, doubling the distance, the number of obstacles and the number of steps.
Arena Run 5K: In this class you run the 5 km long course individually. The class is open to anyone from 12 years of age. All participants take part in timing and results list.
Arena Run 5K Elit: In the elite class you will participate in the best times of the race. The registration is made individually and is open to anyone from 12 years of age. All participants take part in timing and results list. There is no seedling, but the first mill is valid! Maximum number of participants in the Elit class is 300 persons.
Arena Run 2K Family: In this class the whole family can participate! The 2 km long course is mainly on the inner part of the arena, with part in the arena's catacombs. The class is open for adults and children between 6-12 years.
Arena Mini-Run: On the inner plane, we arrange Arena Mini-Run, open to the youngest children (about 2-6 years). It is free to participate and no pre-notification is required. Here you can both run and listen to the participants in the big games at the same time.
Aid Stations:
Several first-aid medical practitioners are in the Friends Arena, which is quickly in place if something should happen.
Spectators:
Arena Run and the entire Friends Arena are open to both competitors and visitors during the competition day = Saturday, February 9th. Bring the poles, the family or why not the whole job and create a cruel mood in Sweden's national arena. Since Friends Arena is next to Mall of Scandinavia, which offers shopping and entertainment, it is of course easy to make Arena Run a whole day in every way.
Other:
Arena Run 5K lets you run the year you reach 12 years. Arena Run 2K lets you run the year you are 6 years old.
